Free shipping applies to domestic orders above $200 (pre-tax). For domestic orders under $200, ground service is $9.95. Any expedited service costs are calculated by weight.
We typically ship within 3 business days from when your order is received. We ship via UPS and will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
International orders can be requested through email. Please note, however if you are ordering from Canada you, the buyer, are responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees as charged separately by the carrier. We only charge the shipping fee and the duties, taxes and brokerage fees as charged by shipping carriers will charge you directly, not through us.
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 business day of your order placement. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Please make your returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in brand new condition. For returns please email us. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items that were sent to us and lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend shipping via a service which issues a tracking number. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days to complete your return and apply credit.
Returns made on orders that ship with “free shipping” will be charged $9.95 if the return causes the order total to be less than $200.
Exchanges are only available on mis-sent orders or damaged/defective items. If this has occurred, please email us. If you would like to return your item and desire a new item, please place a new order and make a return.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us with a copy of your receipt and photo and description of the defect/damage. Items that are purchased through our site will be handled directly by us. All purchases made through other sites or retailers, must be resolved by contacting them.
